While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, items may occasionally be sold out or miscounted due to in-store purchases, high demand, or stock discrepancies. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible with a refund or alternative option.

Atelier Sakura is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unavailable items resulting from inventory miscounts or sold-out products.


Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders (shipping or pick-up) are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up.

• Please note: Preparing pick-up orders may take more than 24 hours. If you arrive at the boutique before receiving your Ready for Pick-Up email, your order may not be prepared, and we cannot guarantee same-day pick-up.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days


International Shipping

• We ship internationally to select countries.

• Additional shipping fees, import duties, and customs charges may apply. We are not responsible for them.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

• International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.


Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@ateliersakura.ca for assistance.


Shipping Address Changes

• If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@ateliersakura.ca.

• Address changes cannot be made once your order has shipped.


Pick-Up Policy

Pick-Up Location

• Pick-up is available at our boutique:
840 Rue Roy E, Montréal, QC H2L 1E3


Pick-Up Hours

• Monday: Closed

• Tuesday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM

• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM


How Pick-Up Works

• Select Local Pick-Up at checkout.

• You will receive a Ready for Pick-Up email once your order is prepared.

• Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.


Pick-Up Hold Time

• Orders will be held for 5 days from the date of your Ready for Pick-Up email.

• After 5 days, the order will be refunded and restocked, and the item may be sold in-store.


Someone Else Picking Up Your Order

• If someone else will be picking up your order, email or call us ahead at support@ateliersakura.ca with their full name.

• They must present a copy of your order confirmation at pick-up.
