Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and are here to help if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items must be in original condition, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Sale, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.


Defective or Damaged Items

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@ateliersakura.ca

• Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damage.

• We will assist with a replacement or refund.


Return Process

• Contact us at support@ateliersakura.ca to initiate a return.

• Provide proof of purchase and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

• Once approved, ship the item(s) to:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

• Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, as long as the item is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• In-store purchases made at conventions or events are not eligible for refunds; these items can only be exchanged in-store and must also be unopened and undamaged.


Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within the 14-day return window, depending on stock.

•Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
